Transactions Methods

ORDERING & CONTACT

a) IN-STOCK ITEMS- We will sent out the orders once your payment is confirmed and received.- It may take approximately 3-7 working days to arrive at your delivery address.

b) PRE-ORDER ITEMS- Some of our items are pre-ordered.- Shipping will take approximately 1 - 3 weeks, depending on stock validity & arrival of the shipment.- We will keep you update on confirmation and placing of order.

d) Please provide us your contact number in your email for easy and swift transactions.

e) We will contact you within 2 workign days upon receiving your pre 0rder.

PAYMENT METHODS

a) Payments are to be made within 3 days after confirmation emails / SMS are sent out.

b) Methods of payments include: ATM Transfer / Interbanking / DBS/POSB (Singapore Only)

SHIPPING

a) LOCAL ORDERS - A flat postage fee of S$3.00 applies for all Zielonka products.

b) For Delivery Within Singapore- For orders above S$100, products will be deliever to you **FREE. For orders below $100 there will be a $10 charge on delivery.

c) Please understand that all sales are FINAL.- All items will be checked before delivering.- We will not accept Exchange unless wrong item has been sent by us.

d) We will make Refund only if paid item is out of stock.- Shipping and handling charge imposed for the exchange/refund items will be paid by the customer.

e) Exchange will be made only if the item is returned in the original condition. Items shall be returned with full and original packaging.
